Tina Xenos is a native New Yorker, who grew up in Queens in a very funny Greek-American family.  She performs stand-up comedy all over New York City in venues such as Gotham Comedy Club, Comic Strip Live, Broadway Comedy Club, and New York Comedy Club.  Her humorous character portrayals have been featured in national and international TV commercials.

Tina was an actor and writer with The Actor’s Project NYC for 10 years, where comedic monologues and sketches written by Tina were performed by her and other actors in off-Broadway theaters.

Tina has a B.A. in Drama & Theater from Queens College, has studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and has taken classes in improvisational comedy at Chicago City Limits and Second City.

She also earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The City University of New York Graduate Center, and is affectionately known as Dr. Tina to all her friends who come to her for help with their career problems.

  1. Wow, I’m thrilled to meet an I-O Psychologist with a huge sense of humor…..we need more like you.

Do you do I/O Psych jokes?

  2. I don’t perform I/O specific jokes, but I do tell jokes about my workplace

  3. Sorry I missed the show. Perhaps I can catch one of your
performances at a later date. Can I bring my 11 year old daughter to the show or are you psychologist with an x-rated sense of humor?

    • No, I’m not an I/O psychologist with an X-rated sense of humor. I’d say my material is PG. However, I don’t recommend that “fans” bring their children to the current shows in which I participate, because some of the comics do discuss X-rated topics.
